Hello! I'm Autumn Evans. I moved to Montana in 2016 to pursue my pre-veterinary medicine and wildlife management degree. Naturally, I fell in love with this incredible state and all it has to offer.

My fascination with taxidermy began in my high school anatomy class, where we articulated chicken skeletons on Halloween. I quickly fell down the rabbit hole, skipping my senior prom to take my first taxidermy class with Allis Markham (no regrets!).

For the past five years, I have been working for Jenny at 406 Taxidermy in Belgrade. My main passions are reptiles and small carnivores. In my spare time, you can find me hiking with my husband and dogs, painting, photographing wildlife, and unsuccessfully hunting bears.
